"The ward is much brighter and more comfortable"

About: Arnold Lodge Regional Secure Unit

(as a volunteer/advocate),

Patients have moved onto the new ward Thornton here at Arnold Lodge and have given some positive feedback regarding the ward and in comparison to their old ward, Snowdon.

One patient stated that the ward is nice and airy, spacious, nice and bright and much warmer than the old ward; another said that he finds it nice and bright, the rooms are very nice and the beds are more comfortable, the ward is very nice and liking the decor. Another patient stated that the ward is splendid, atmosphere is very nice, the surroundings are better and much more spacious; there are more showers for all the patients and that he is liking it better than the old ward.

Another patient stated that the ward is much brighter, more space and more comfortable.
