May16th? I was injured in an accident at work, air lifted to Ysbyty Gwynedd before being transferred to University Hospital of North Midlands ( then North Staffs). Went through the A&E department, before being sent to Ward 225. I had a broken pelvis and urological damage. I underwent a pelvic operation, and spent 2 weeks in the hospital before being transferred to Ysbyty Gwynedd. I had amazing care from dedicated staff, who did everything in their power to make me comfortable. My consultant and his team were wonderful, and the post operative care including several visits to the fracture clinic over 4 months, excellent. Staff on Ward 225 were amazing, including porters and cleaners, all careing individuals ,always willing to chat and raise my spirits. Food was good, and the ward clean. They all made my stay very comfortable, and played a big part in my recovery!
"excellent care"
