I went into the Northern General Day Surgery Unit for varicose vein surgery.
I found the staff both helpful and caring. They were also very efficient and everything went to plan, I have no complaints.
The only problem was me being sensitive to the anaesthetic which was horrible. I would mention that if I ever needed surgery again.
