"Incorrect diagnoses given"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

Admitted for what became apparent as low blood sugar, but discharge letter did not mention this even though it took them several hours and a glucose drip to get it back up. According to the discharge letter I was sent home with a urine infection I didn't know I had, and no mention of the hypo which was kind of key as needed to change meds.

My consultant came and saw me and told me what I needed to do, but the registrar came round and tried to do something different. I asked them to speak with Dr Swords but they wouldn't for ages, I don't know if they ever did, but eventually I got the right meds.
