"Fantastic staff throughout"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

From the moment the GP said you need help from the hospital with further investigations, my immediate thought was god this will take ages!

I must say I have found the process has been faster than expected. The whole system seemed to work really well apart from the text service failing to message me. But the staff have been fantastic throughout from the appointment making to the healthcare professionals themselves.

Hopefully this will continue as I continue with my treatment.
