"Excellent treatment"

Fell ill at work yesterday, after a fall at home. Colleagues called an ambulance and, on paramedic's advice, I went to A&E at HRI. Seen and assessed very quickly in the EDIT suite, then had a not too long wait to see a doctor, prioritised quite correctly behind children and people in obvious distress. Diagnosed with concussion, given appropriate advice and an advice booklet, then sent home accompanied by a colleague. I was fully checked out and treated with care and respect, for what was essentially an invisible problem, by everyone in the unit. Thank you very much to you all.
