"I brought my daughter into A & E two weeks ago..."

I brought my daughter into A & E two weeks ago with a suspected appendix, turned out to be cyst on ovary. Can't fault the care she had from entering A& E to being placed on Willow ward. We then returned two weeks later for planned surgery. As my daughter returned to Willow ward I appreciate the care she was given by the staff. Nurses she had met earlier came to say hello, even on a day that they were understaffed and very busy. Such kindness really improved my daughter's state of mind. The consultant & her team were very supportive and took time out to discuss the procedure and I am forever grateful for the work of the NHS.
