"Exellent Service"

I have been attending the Urgology department monthly for over 2 years now and have had a range of tests and procedures, I have always been more than satisfied with the service provided. The clinic was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and respectful at all times. I recently had a urodynamic testing and the 2 staff attending to me were excellent and a credit to their profession they made me feel reassured and helped me over come my embarrassment from the procedure. My consultant was also very friendly, professional and dedicated to finding a diagnosis, he made me feel like I was not wasting his time or in a rush to get me out of the door. Excellent service all around I would recommend to anyone.
