Shambolic would be a generous assessment on the capabilities currently. Without all the rhetoric as to whether the NHS should be "saved" or "Reformed" this organisation demonstrates clearly how Broken the NHS has become, for whatever reason. Unfortunately it appears the increasing language barrier and dumbing down of capabilities leaves this place only useful for ticking boxes on forms - if you need a real operation or any practical healthcare book yourself a European holiday and then avail yourself of the French or German health services. The new hospital is as ineffective as it is pretty. If you can find which "Gate" (gate? I'm not flying somewhere!) you will be doing well, and if you are on a waiting list then you will learn the true meaning of "Wait" - I am more likely to grow a new arm than get surgery on the existing one with lists like this....
