"Shocking Hospital"

I cannot even begin to put into words the general lack of care and concern at this hospital. Working in the care profession myself I am appalled at the lack of basic care and attention at this so called hospital. There are one or two amazing staff there but as for the rest well I'm lost for words. From the doctors,to the nurses either constantly on their phones,or reading or just ignoring patients. I sat in my dad's room one day and for over 14 mins could hear a man( who was supposed to be on one to one) constantly calling "help me" over and over. Only for the nurse to ge sat on a chair outside his room totally ignoring him. I could go on and on,but feel that if I put anymore they will know who I am....my parent unfortunately still resides there...and they are treated appallingly ...I have complained to cqc and am awaiting the outcome. Shoddy horrendous place that belongs in the dark ages!
