I was admitted to mulberry ward after being sent to a&e from queen Mary's, I wasn't sent to the ward until about half 10 as a&e was very busy from the moment I got to the hospital at half 5 I was kept fully informed as to what was going on, I saw the triage nurse within ten minutes of arriving given pain killers and was very quickly seen by the on call surgeon. On arrival at mulberry I was made tea and toast and started on a drip, every member of staff on the ward from doctors nurses and cleaners were cheerful and couldn't do enough to help you nothing seemed too much trouble, in particular the staff nurse who worked during the day and the nurse on the evening shift were amazing I honestly couldn't praise them enough. A truly exceptional level of care well done Darent Valley
