"I can't fault the treatment I received."

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Admitted as an emergency with severe pain and ended up having my gall bladder removed. In for 10 days altogether and op cancelled twice due to casualties from vehicle accident. All the staff were kind and caring and very professional. I had my own en suite room, food was much better than I expected and the standard of cleanliness was high.

I am glad to hear that the staff caring for you were kind and professional, and that you were well cared for despite a busy period. I am pleased that you found the standard of food and accommodation was excellent. It has been a joy to share your thanks with the clinical teams that cared for you during your stay, and with senior nurses and management. I hope that you are recovering well.
