"Map of hospital"

This hospital is large and on several floors. Where is the map showing the location of each department? If one is to get to an appointment on time, then a map of where to go would obviously be helpful.

I am sorry that you were not aware of the location of the maps to help you navigate around what you rightly say is a large hospital.
There are wall mounted maps in the main entrance and the receptionists do have floor maps as well. We also have volunteer way finders at the main entrance and it is regrettable that when you visited no one was avaible to help you.
I am sorry for your experieince but if you do visit us again please do not hesitate to ask for help
