I went to my consultation at the Urology department and I was told that my bladder ultrasound was normal. Yet I looked at the report on the scan and it says that my bladder lining was thin upon scanning and I had 4 cubic cm of urine left in my bladder after I emptied it. Sorry, how can it be that the ultrasound was normal when these comments have been made in my report please? I am 29 years old, I am considered very young to have a thin bladder and I want either an explanation or a referral to another consultant regarding this, please. The medication I have been given causes tachycardia which is contraindicated with my thyroid medication which helps my heart rate anyway. It will put a strain on my heart. I am now on 4 medications and 8 supplements and I feel like a walking chemist with the amount of medications/supplements I am taking and no answers.
