"Front Foot Reconstruction Operation"

I arrived at St.Michael's for my operation on October 10th & was met by the lovely member of staff who was so reassuring. That was the start of my three day stay, where I was met by such a truly professional team. Everybody took there part in what was truly a team effort of care. Without exception, when I told friends & relations that i was having my operation at Hayle, their response was, 'that's lucky, you will be well looked after there'. How right they all were! Not only were all the staff good in their own role, there was such a warm atmosphere with a good sense of humour, which ruled out any sense of embarrassment when help was needed for personal needs. I do feel very lucky to have to have had my operation at St.Michael's, Hayle & look forward to visiting when I have fully recovered to show my appreciation. Many, many thanks! Jane Lewarne
