"Endoscopy Department"

As with other departments at Royal Lancaster Infirmary, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and expertise of the endoscopy department. As well as treatment, patient comfort and concern were of the highest standard, which inspired confidence. particularly in view of a worrying condition (prostate cancer), The atmosphere was cheerful and entirely positive. Results were given and explained at the appointment. Information has been clear and full throughout the process from referral to discharge. Waiting relatives were also treated with kindness and concern. Excellent coffee also. 12 out of ten all round!. Thanks.
