I receive care from a community matron. Words cannot describe how good she is. She is always smiling and deals with all medical advice. I understand she has lots of patients and she shows individual care. Thank you for all the care that she does as she arranges everything in a couple of seconds. I have had a poor opinion of NHS and the way they treat the elderly but I had a lot of grievances and my matron listened. Around nine years ago I had three stroked, I also have diabetes and my matron arranged treatment for all of these. She also brings in other specialists when needed, especially for my diabetes.

Thank you for posting your experience of the Community Matron Service provided by NHS Central Lancashire.

I am sorry to hear that some of your experiences have not been as good but it must have been reassuring for you that your matron listened to what you had to say.
