I had an MRI scan at Chorley Street in Bolton because of a painful knee. The directions (written) were clear in order to find the MRI scanner unit. The receptionist in the port cabin was friendly and helpful. I was attended to promptly and kindly in the scanner with lots of reassurances about the procedure. Everything happened efficiently and calmly. The only suggestion I can make would be that to be able to have a nice cup of tea afterwards would be welcome!
