Being treated as an out patient by the eating disorders clinic. They have been nothing but lovely, the counsellors are great. Only minor annoyances on the phone a couple of times, made me feel like they weren't quite sure what they were doing but I don't know the circumstance behind that (maybe someone was covering?) As far as I'm aware it is very clean. The waiting list on NHS was long but that's not a reflection of the hospital, funding can take a while for individual patients. The sign posting around the grounds could be improved, I did get lost once or twice but people are happy to help. Always feel safe walking round, there is good security, locks on doors etc for different departments. Phlebotomy also have some friendly staff, and blood test results are prompt and thorough. Good communication with my GP at home and at my university. As daunting as counselling can be, they do try to make you feel calm and comfortable. I've had a good experience so far here!
