About: Charing Cross Hospital

This is my second review, Have to say this clinic is a complete useless waste of time. Had my second appointment, which turned out to be a none stop stop hell ride of nothing to do with gender issues. My gp had to put me on hrt to try and stop horrible hot flushes, but because he did that the doctor at chx refused which sent my androgen levels through the roof. Only way to sort any problems out with chx is through my complaints team. To get laser sorted was with pals, that took 8 months, the hrt was all wrong back to pals for them to make chx sort the hrt out but no reply from chx so second call to pals, this time pals was bothered about my androgen levels being so high that chx waa made to write and call me gp, so now i,m on the right hrt, wooohooo. Now i go for my 3rd appointment in November, why do i bother, they can,t be trusted what so ever, i will never trust this clinic to give me srs, they have no idea what they are doing to people. You get, no calls, no letters, try to call they never pick the photo up, also they are lying, saying they speak to my gp when infact they have never spoken to them, well up intil last month. This is by far the worse clinic i,ve ever seen. Please someone read this, please contact me because i would like to be on a board or oversea changes in this clinic
