I was diagnosed with Lumbar Stenosis, and was refered to the Physio, Aanal Shah from Lowe House Medical Centre who was brilliant at getting me from pain and walking with a bent stoop to my right hand side, to pain free and walking upright again with exercise and physiotherapy
