I thought my problem was dealt with extremely sympathetically and sensitively by Margaret. She was caring, supportive and non-judgemental. She offered advice and guidance on ways to look at the problems and she also provided good analogies of the situations to help demonstrate her points. She was very helpful and I am very grateful for all her assistance.
