I was refered to Queen Victoria hospital, east grinstead miu by my local miu in Sittingbourne, kent as I have a ruptured tendon in my hand.
All I can say is how professional and friendly the medical staff were, I had to have a ultrasound scan done on my hand and they fitted me in almost there and then.
I was told it may be quite a wait as I was unscheduled, but they said they could fit me in. I waited all of ten minutes wow and the staff were so helpful, I also got an appointment to see a specialist in just over a week.
In this day and age, we are all so eager to complain when things go wrong and slow to give praise when things go right.
I`m sure this hospital runs on team work and you all deserve a big well done, I am really impressed with the service I received. thank you.
"Thank you to the Queen Victoria hospital"
