My treatment at Thorne surgery was very good. I was asked to come early, but when I did so, they were running late anyway, although they did apologise for this and gave myself and my wife a cup of tea while we waited. After a long wait, my operation was carried out with professionalism and care. Overall, I was very impressed with the whole experience. Many thanks.
