Nowadays the NHS comes in for a lot of slating However my experience this week has lent me to believe we have in Britain A Quite well oiled machine that works very efficiently I would therefore like to take the opportunity in thanking everybody concerned at The Royal Preston Hospital I am under the Renal Department And had to go into the Day case medical center for some infusion treatment, for three days I cannot think of one negative about my experience I was treated with great respect by all How they remember everyone’s first names amazes me The nurses where friendly, and very well organized They all seem to engage conversation that seems to ease the patients stress, thus making the treatment much less frightening I felt that I was really well taken care of Spotlessly clean, a credit to our society If I ever have to return one day I am confident that I shall be looked after So here is a great big thank you to all concerned Kindest regards Alan Dodd
