"Quick and Efficient Service with Friendly Staff"

The building had a very nice layout with clear signs and areas of comfort while waiting for an appointment. The only dissatisfaction I had was the queuing area at the reception near A... I am aware it was due to keeping a distance from the desk for privacy, but it was very awkward to notice the queue and to stand in between seated people... The staff were very friendly and showed genuine interest in their patients - it was very humbling and welcoming. I was seen at the exact time of my appointment, which was done concisely and thoroughly. The staff ensured that I understood questions and made clear of the many options I could get in contact with them if need be. Also, in recent years of being at my GP surgery, it came to light that some patients were, in fact, missing appointments. Circle made clear of the many ways you can get in contact to cancel an appointment and emphasised how they value patients attending appointments. I feel it is very important to emphasise this: as at my GP surgery it can be a struggle to get an appointment, who have not publicised their need for people to attend appointments. I feel it is a simple, but a crucial and necessary step for hospitals and surgeries to point out. Circle has set a great example.
