"Nothing but praise for both my GP and Neurology at DRI"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Neurology

(as the patient),

I recently had concerns that I may have Parkinsons Disease. I was extremely worried when I mentioned this to my GP. However, she was very understanding and immediately referred me to DRI, but warned me that it would be about 12 weeks before I received an appointment. Within 5 weeks I had the appointment and have seen the Consultant who diagnosed me with Essential Tremors and gave me all the information I could of wished for. I have nothing but praise for both my GP Dr Julia Burne and all the staff at the DRI.
