"No support for lone 17 year old"

17 years old, just been knocked off bike by a car. Really upset. Hungry with no money on me and family couldn't get there. Had to wait 3hours in a waiting room to see a doctor, did see someone before that to clean up bleeding face. Hated it, was really lonely and felt really anxious and panicky. Is there no support or anything if you are alone and 17? Cos there was nothing for me. I hope no one else has to experience this.
