I'm due to have an operation at Withington Hospital but my appointment has been cancelled by the hospital three times. When the fourth appointment date came up I missed it because I'd had so many appointment dates it got confusing.
Because I missed it the hospital sent me a letter saying I have to go back to my GP and start the process again in order to get another appointment at Withington. It will take up to 8 - 10 weeks from seeing my GP to get another date.
I've been waiting 5 months for this operation now.
