"The biopsy staff couldn’t be any better"

The biopsy staff couldn’t be any better. I’m terrified of closed spaces, but the staff allowed my wife to sit near me, which made the whole process a lot more bearable.

I’ve also visited Ballochmyle Suite for my prostate where the staff could not have been any better. The way they speak to you, if I had to rate it I’d say 10/10.

I wouldn’t change anything about the level of care.

Thank you, thank you and thank you. It really is lovely to hear and I am very sure the staff will be delighted to hear it too.

I am not sure where you had the biopsy and I don’t mean which part of your body. (Sorry the old jokes are the best they say, you may not agree).

It would be really good if I could direct this to the staff you wish to thank but to do that I would need to know - was it a biopsy at an outpatient appointment, an biopsy at x-ray, CT, MRI or an inpatient appointment? Which service did you go to e.g. Urology? I can certainly let the Ballochmyle suite know and if you are able to let me have more details, I will be very happy to pass this to the team.
