"Very poor respect and dignity"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton)

I was in hospital with suspected appendicitis. I went it Wednesday the 22nd of October 2014 and came home 23rd October 2014 at 4pm. The reason I am making a complaint is because of privacy and dignity also respect. A surgeon came in to check my stomach and have feel with was what I was expecting anyway, then he came back in with another person to have a check as well which was okay but I felt very uncomfortable as I am a very private person. Anyway they said they booked me in for a ultra-scan, we waited till 7pm for this scan then of which they tell me it's not till the morning, so I came home then went back in for the morning for my scan, before my scan I had to drink a jug of water so I had a full bladder, I was happy of how they treated me from then until a group of 10 men(I'm a 16 year old girl) came in and they asked if they could feel my stomach! And as I said I am a very private person and don't like my stomach as it is, i was furious!! He felt my stomach infront of all of those men all stood around my bed watching! I was disgusted! I asked my mum why they where all in the room and she said pro-haps some of them where training! I was so angry, this is why I feel that the nhs has disrespected my dignity! So then no one bothered me and I was chilling in my bed, waiting for my scan results, 3pm they eventually decide to tell me there is nothing wrong! So I get sent home! Well thats ridiculous because I'm in a lot of pain and there is obviously something wrong! Overall I am not happy at all with my experience of the nhs team at musgrove hospital in Taunton!
