Dr Rohana Gammage did surgery to remove lumps from my breast. All the staff on the Daycare unit – Practice Nurse Sue and her team, and the anaesthesia team (Rebecca, Tony and Barry I think) plus the Ultrasound team, were informative, everything was explained perfectly, everything happened on time, no delays. They were cheerful, nothing was too much trouble, I can't fault them. Even the porter was helpful and calming. Thank you for making what was for me a scary experience into an acceptable one (I'm very nervous, not having experienced surgery before).

It is lovely to hear our staff were able to put you at ease and keep you fully informed during your visit, especially considering it was your first experience of surgery.
