I have spent many hospital stays in the private sector over the years but this was my first experience at Watford General and I would like to put on record my deepest thanks and respect for the marvellous way I was treated by your magnificent team of nurses and doctors - together, they far outshone anything I had previously experienced in the private sector. Their professionalism, encouragement, good humour and dedication saved my life and for that I shall be eternally grateful. Again my deepest thanks and regards to all who helped me. R M Morgan
