I was very satisfied with the speed of the appointment bearing in mind I am in excruciating agony, and as a result of the appointment I was told that the operation will be dealt with in the utmost urgency and when I chased this after 2 weeks I was told that it can take up to 3 weeks for the hospital at derby to receive the written letter from Ilkeston hospital but after another 2 weeks I was told that this had not been dealt with, I am extremely distressed after hearing this after still being in complete agony. As a result of this I have now been given an appointment for 2 weeks time but I have been left feeling disheartened after this experience
