"Department of Diabetes"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

I have been messed about constantly by staff working in this department. I attend an appointment where the doctor cannot give me the information I required, told to come back in a month. When I returned I was told the doctor had left and gone to work at a different hospital. The doctor did not leave any information for the new doctor. I was asked to ring the Diabetes Nurse Specialist on Tuesday, I explained I would be at hospital in the morning, she said ring in the afternoon. I rang and it was constant answering machine for hours. I wasted a full afternoon when I could of spent the time more productive.
