"Health care as you would like it to be"

About: Kettering General Hospital

I had an angiogram recently and to say I was nervous was putting it mildly! Everyone working in the unit was cheerful and friendly, despite the unit being very busy. The procedure itself was nowhere near as scary as I had expected, mainly due to the care and reassurance of the people carrying it out. Afterwards, I was on the ward for a couple of hours observing the comings and goings and saw that the high level of care never wavered. Thanks very much everyone. You were all brilliant!

Thank you for your kind positive comments. I am pleased to hear your procedure was not as scary as you first though and that you feel this was mainly due to the staff caring for you. We always try to ensure our patients feel reassured and well cared for. I will insure your thanks and positive comments are passed onto the team. Maxine White Speciality Medicine General Manager
