"Cheered me up"

I met with my consultant on 20th October 2014. I found the visit very informative and left feeling much happier due to the fact that much of my hand pain will be relieved in the near future. My consultant took the time to explain what we were seeing on the ultrasound and he also explained what was showing on the X-Ray pictures. He was happy to answer my questions too. All the hallmarks of a caring Doctor as far as I'm concerned. The whole process from 'reporting in' to 'reporting out' was seamless. If you can say that a trip to hospital could be enjoyable, this was as near as you could get. Though I admit that the good outcome was certainly part of that!
