"The paramedics were lovely. I was so pleased with the way they treated me."

(as the patient),

Due to pains in my chest I called my GP to see if they could give me an appointment. My GP called for an ambulance straight away as he did not want to take a risk with chest pains which may need to be treated urgently. (I called the GP as I did not want to trouble the ambulance service).

The paramedics were lovely, they gave me a full MOT, an ECG, blood pressure, blood sugars – everything was tested. I was so pleased with the way they treated me.
