"Mental Health Services Taunton MPH"

Why is it that our Mother who is obviously very unwell keeps going in and out of Musgrove Park Hospital without getting the Mental Health Care she really needs to get well? Numerous times over the past several years she has been sent out in a vulnerable state to walk home without any support put in place - there has to be something wrong here? We have asked time and again and it just falls upon deaf ears, nobody seems to want to take any responsibility and the root cause never gets sorted. One day soon if this keeps happening she will end up doing herself in and who will be to blame then?
