"Negative comments"

I am a patient here , i do think a few of the staff can seem to do a lackluster job especially the doctors . Most of the comments on here are glowing reviews , but why shouldn't we have excellent treatment as the norm ? What made me comment today is seeing a negative comment left about one of the doctors doing a sloppy job , i also found some of the hematology doctors here seemed like this so i feel it is good to see a few negative , truthful comments on here about the doctors or other staff as this can help to keep them on their toes .
