"Excellent care from Queens Medical Center, Nottingham"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Removal of plaster.

The staff in the plaster room and in the fracture clinic reception have all been a credit to the trust. At every stage I was treated with care and dignity. Dr Ferguson explained things fully and I'm out of plaster which was a great development.

The staff in the NHS deserve our full support as they daily care 24/7. Politicians should take heed our NHS is a much loved and respected service which should not be used as a political football. The NHS staff deserve better.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Good to hear you are out of plaster! We will of course pass your kind words on to Dr Ferguson and the wider team. Wishing you well with your ongoing recovery.

This feedback was originally posted in October 2014 via the Patient Opinion website. There is presently a technical problem with the NHS Choices website. This means a back log of comments are presently being pulled from the Patient Opinion website later than usual. We have escalated our concerns to the NHS Choices team, who have assured us that their team are working to resolve the problem. We responded to this post back in October 2014. This lovely feedback was shared with the staff involved at the time.
