"Excellent Care"

I broke my collar bone and dislocated my shoulder after a fall in the street. I was taken to St Thomes' A&E where I was seen almost immediately. I was given pain relief promptly and was treated at all times with kindness and respect. All the staff - medical and radiography - were efficient, friendly and helpful and took the time to explain what was happening at every stage of my treatment. I was discharged with pain relief and a follow-up appointment for the fracture clinic. All this was done within 3-4 hours. An excellent service.
