What I liked

At all times I was kept informed as to what was happening and what the next step was likely to be. This covered all areas from A&E, Freshfields ward, xray and ultrasound departments. I was impressed by the dedication of the nurses and also all of the support staff who all worked extremely hard at all times but were always available to discuss any issues that I may have had. This was my first time as an inpatient and I was extremely impressed with the care that I received. Please pass my congratulations to all the team for their outstanding professionalism.
