About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Greater London)

Had the misfortune of seeing a doctor in Orthopedics yesterday - No communication, delays and utter rudeness! An 'old school' man who has no time for patients concerns and worries. Repeatedly changing his mind and not clear in his explanations. It was obvious that he was not only upsetting the patients, but the staff too. A formal complaint will be made and no member of my family be visiting this hospital again! Disgraceful!
