I went to the a&e department this morning with a rash on my leg, I was told it could potentially be meningitis so I gave a blood sample. 5 hours later and after asking many members of staff to find my results (I even found the doctor and asked him, he said he'd check but never came back to me) I was then told that the labs had lost my blood sample. Not impressed with the standard of care at all.
"Terrible experience"
