I was always feeling very down and thinking of things like comitting suicide but was pretty sure I was not brave enough to do this. My life seemed to be miserable all the time and I could not think of anything to do.
I was fortunate enough to be referred to Inclusion by my GP and had the chance to actually meet two extremely helpful and trained in my problems.
My meetings were held in complete private so I was able to fully discuss my problems, they gave me literature to read and relaxation methods to use, which really worked.
They got me back on the right track to sort out my depression also to some extent my worrying, although I have always been a worrier they did teach me how to control it.
I am so grateful to this service and would not hesitate to contact them again if needed. We don't often have services which we can attend freely so this comes with my highest recommendation.
"This service comes with my highest recommendation."
