What I liked
My mother has been a patient at the Lister several times over the last year. She has always received good treatment from the Doctors and nursing staff. She is still an in-patient at the moment and is a patient on
9A South. She was previously in SSU and all the staff know her and looked after her well.
What could be improved
There is nothing I feel needs a lot of
improving.
