"ultrasound department"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

My partner who is expecting our second baby, was up until gone 3am the night of the 16-10-14 crying with distress with how the ultrasound department left her, the baby wouldn't roll over for the Downs check and so turfed her out saying everything appears fine... without any piece of mind and admitting the scan itself wasn't successful! How my partner was treated infront of myself is not only shocking but a disgrace to the Nursing profession as no compassion was shown to my partner's state of mind and the worry she was now about to face. After 14 weeks theres nothing you can do but all the staff seemed to be interested in was time slots, we have been booked back in for another scan and bloods on the 12-11-14 too late to take action! A shameful and shocking display of profit before care!
