I took my wife to Russells Hall Hospital on Sunday 21st September with a very worrying health problem. I've read many negative comments about this hospital, but I speak as I find and believe that praise is due.
The treatment and standard of care she received was excellent, and I would like to express my thanks to everyone in A&E, EAU, and ward C8 where she spent the night.
Since then she's had a couple of follow ups, one at the anti-coagulant clinic at Russell's Hall, and one at the Heart Clinic at The Three Villages Medical Practice. Both of these follow up appointments were punctual, very helpful, and most informative. I cannot fault them.
As a family we've always been very lucky health wise, but on the few occasions when we've needed to call on the NHS we've always had a positive experience.
So well done Russells Hall Hospital, and well done The Three Villages Medical Practice, keep up the good work.
"Keep up the good work"
