"surprisingly short wait"

I went in today after suffering from excruciating back pain for over a week and my gp wouldn't see me until end of November. I called 111 first yesterday who advised me to go in, called up urgent care who told me likely to wait 3-4 hours. Ended up going in today afternoon. Reception were friendly and explained exactly what would happen and the different stages, got assessed within 10 mins and then all tests etc carried out by the nursing staff within another half an hour and results and treatment given 10 minutes after that! So extremely happy I didn't have to wait around all in all I was there about an hour and everyone at each stage was extremely helpful. The only complaint I have is the toilets! I had to give a urine sample and I'm slightly ocd as it so the toilets nearly made me turn around and go home. Obv this is not the staffs fault but maybe have someone clean up in there more often, there are people who are genuinely unwell who leave the mess or just the disgusting ones who are purely inconsiderate.
